Instroduction
The Waterings is a development of 31, two bedroom apartments. The apartments are constructed on a reinforced concrete foundation, integrated with a two tier concrete structural frame to provide the base for the timber framed flats.
Scope
By engineering the designs of all the private and adoptable drainage around the foundations, both the sub and superstructure tiers could be implemented prior to laying any drainage.
