Project Team Administrator - Dundee

Closing Date for Applications is: 15 July 2009

We currently require an experienced administrator to provide general secretarial and administrative support to the project team engineers in our new office in Dundee.  Applicants must have good typing and secretarial/general office skills and must also be able to show discretion and confidentiality.

Duties will include reception cover, typing of reports and general correspondence, photocopying, collation and binding of reports, filing and archiving, diary management activities and opening, stamping and updating mailing lists.

You must be a team player who can work well at all levels.  Your organisational skills must be well developed and a high level of attention to detail is essential. You will be competent with the use of Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision.

This position attracts a competitive salary. This position is for an initial period of six months but maybe extended further by mutual agreement.

Principal Engineer - Infrastructure

Norwich / Ipswich

In this client facing role you will be required to provide advice and enable clients to safely and economically achieve their aspirations.  You will also effectively manage projects ensuring they remain within both budgetary and time constraints. You will ideally be of graduate calibre or equivalent, chartered or near chartered member of the ICE, with a proven track record in a senior engineer role. You will demonstrate sound project management and technical competence, well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a good level of computer literacy.

This position attracts a competitive salary together with generous benefits including healthcare membership and company pension scheme after a qualifying period.
