We have experience of operating in programmes to provide houses for older people with easy access to shops, community facilities and public transport and of working with developers to ensure that all affordable housing is built to ‘lifetime’ home standards.
We also recognise the importance of joint consultation and effective communication with social and health services to meet the needs of people with disabilities and mental health requirements.
