Case study
Broadland Business Park, Norwich
Broadland Business and Leisure Park was one of the largest business parks in the region when proposed in the early 1990's. This project graphically demonstrates the breadth of Millard Consulting's expertise, having been committed to the venture since the outset.
This project involved the provision of technical advice on all development aspects including, the planning stage, design and implementation of the main infrastructure through to the design and construction of individual finished office units.
Case Study
Oudenarde, Bridge of Earn
Millard Consulting has worked with developer, GS Brown Construction since 1999, when a review of housing land in the Perth area, indicated a substantial need for new housing.
The 122 hectare Oudenarde site comprises land from the former Bridge of Earn Hospital and arable framland.
The approved masterplan for the site allows for construction of up to 1500 houses, together with business facilities, a petrol filling station, hotel, park and ride site, rail halt, primary school and new village centre facilities.
