Introduction

Broadland Business and Leisure Park was one of the largest business parks in the region when proposed in the early 1990's.

The project graphically demonstrates the breadth of Millard Consulting's expertise, having been committed to the venture since the outset.

Scope

Millard Consulting provided technical advice on all development aspects including the planning stage, design and implementation of the main infrastructure through the design and construction of individual finished office units.

It also involved the preparation of traffic impact assessments, a detailed drainage strategy, footpaths and cycleway strategy, public transport review, environmental impact assessment and strategic services provision.
