Introduction

This unique development of imaginative townhouse and apartment conversions in this grade b listed building is situated in the breathtaking parkland setting of the former Liff Hospital. Gowrie House, one of the smaller Victorian buildings to be converted on site, has been transformed into 21 exclusive homes. The stately building, constructed of red sandstone retains many period features and incorporates fifteen Townhouses and six Apartments. Its enviable location on the southern boundary of the site will afford panoramic views across the River Tay.

Scope

The external appearance of the building has had minimal intrusions with modern extensions removed taking the building back to its original state.
