Introduction

In 2004 Millard Consulting was appointed by David Wilson Homes to provide infrastructure design services for two sites in Peterborough's new out of town community, Hampton Vale.  The site would provide a total of 85 homes

Scope

Our scope of work included the design of street lighting, estate roads, surface water and foul sewer drainage.

Subsequently we have been asked to provide similar services to two further sites in the same development area.
