Introduction

The 122 hectare Oudenade site comprises land from the former Bridge of Earn Hospital and arable farmland.

The approved masterplan for the site allows for construction of up to 1500 houses, together with business facilities, a petrol station, hotel, park and ride site, rail halt, primary school and new village centre facilities.
