Introduction
Broadland Business and Leisure Park is one of the largest business parks in the Eastern region. Millard Consulting has been involved in the conception and viability stage, through to the detailed design of the final units constructed on the Park.
Scope
Millard Consulting developed the transport strategy for the business park, integrating rail, bus and park and ride facilities. A fully costed feasibility appraisal was undertaken for the construction of a new passenger station for the business park and the adjoining residential area.
