Introduction
What is your ideal home? For Mr. & Mrs. Guerin it was a bespoke, high quality home erected in landscaped surroundings, to their personal specification. A Huf Haus was their preferred solution.
Scope
Millard Consulting provided a wide range of project management services on this scheme to build the region’s first Huf Haus. This involved structural engineering design and advice, procurement and contract administration of contractors for the construction of sub-structure and groundworks. It also involved the design and implementation of measures for the management of ground and surface water required by the outline planning permission.
