Introduction

Millard Consulting was commissioned by Court Royal Developments to prepare a Foul and Surface Water Drainage Strategy and Transport Statement. This was in support of a planning application for a proposed redevelopment of a residential property off Cants Lane, Burgess Hill.

Scope

The proposals included the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of fourteen new homes with associated infrastructure, landscaping and parking.
